Bob West, CPA - Partner
Mr. West has a BBA and MBA in accounting and has been in public accounting practice for fifty years. He has extensive experience with governmental entities and subdivision development.
Mr. West's focus is Water Districts and Water Utilities. In addition to providing auditing services to these Districts, he provides special reports needed by the financial services industry when these entities issue bonds to acquire infrastructure from land developers. He has issued over 150 such reports accounting for over $500 million in bond proceeds. His annual audit reports and special reports are widely respected by bond underwriters and the financial services industry.

Gary Davis, CPA - Partner
Mr. Davis served for three years as Assistant Superintendent, Finance for the Austin Independent School District. He serves on the Government Finance Officers Certificate of Achievement Special Review Committee and is a past Chairman of the Texas Society of CPAs' in Government Committee. He has lectured on Texas school district accounting and auditing.
Mr. Davis' experience includes forty-nine years in public accounting with Peat, Marwick, Main, Hurdman and local firms. He is a former Government Services Partner with Peat Marwick and has extensive experience in providing services to governmental entities.

Rob West, CPA - Audit Manager
Mr. West received his MBA in 1999. He has been in public accounting practice for more than fifteen years, six of those as a nonprofit audit manager for a nation CPA firm.
Mr. West's focus is on performing single audits of nonprofit organizations. He has extensive experience with Community Action Agencies, Head Start prograqms and Workforce Reinvestment Act Programs, Community Development Financial Institution and Community Housing Development Organization entities, audits of 403(b) retirement plans, and preparation of Form 990 tax returns. He currently manages over 20 single audit engagements for nonprofit clients in five states.
